  • Monument Gold - I like how these turned out. Simple, effective, and very much the thing for occult investigations.

Okami Sundown Custom - This one is even better. (I know of a certain wolf who would love to get their claws on it.)

  • Two requests, both rather simple;

I'd like to see what artifact cigarettes would be like. Perhaps from a brand that went under, or hand-crafted by some occultist?

And maybe a motorcycle of some sort, since there's been a car or two, and it's a nice alternative?

Blade Idigam would be nice. And maybe the tooth blade, as well?

E - My first Wolf was a Storm Lord, and my first wolf of this new edition is gonna be another Storm Lord. All the tribes are great, Forsaken and Pure, but I do have some bias.

Also, there's just a primal thrill in gaining power through trophies.

  • 169) Mysterious, semi-tangible creatures have begun to appear, simply manifesting wherever humanity has created the conditions for them to manifest, whatever those actually may be. Solid and visible to a few, but completely unnoticed to most of the herd. These beings, called Serpents by the mortals aware of them, but often resembling lizards due to the highly variable number of limbs, resemble living organisms, yet defy many basic laws of nature or physics. Possessing no digestive, nervous, reproductive, circulatory or skeletal systems, the exact mechanics of how they work are left a mystery....

The rules text for Witness warheads appears to cut-off mid sentance.

While this concept didn't feel quite as visceral to me as the others, it still gives a nice window into the idea of someone trying to use the Uratha to militaristic endeavors. And quite the spectacle of fleshcraft,
Vicissitude practitioners would be proud...or envious.

All sound good. But I vote for the gift of Darkness.

And guessing from the title, we may be voting four times? With a different set of choices each time.

After taking the time to think about it, I noticed something in line with the old edition theory of 'Luna made the Idigam for some plan that requires essence sculpting and possibly working outside her normal spheres of influence.'

Though on a distinctly smaller scale, that's what I imagined with this. Uratha who sink deep into their Primal Urge feed on essence, like spirits do. Spirits that aren't Magath usually limit their feeding to sinilar spirits. Forsaken werewolves (All of them, in the old days of Pangaea) contain moon essence. Perhaps one got it in their head to chow down...

The Perspective is another quality idea, Acrozatarim. And I can't wait to see what flavors of nightmarish fleshcraft come in the final pounds of meat.

It reminds me of Bloodborne at times, but that's mostly because it's my main previous experiance with eye-centric body horror. Beyond that mental link of my own making, I don't have much to say about the details.

Got Irraka'd, and didn't notice the new pound of meat going up while I was typing that.

  • Ah, was so absorbed into the low wisdom view I missed an obvious one. I never think of Prometheans as having strange morals, for some reason. That would make her and her 'sisters' Frankenstein lineage, flesh and metal stitched together to create life, it's the classic. The attempts at immortality and curing disease can fit into classical alchemy pretty easily.

  • Hmm... Franken Fran, a horror manga of somewhat lighter tone than you might expect, is something I would take as a good example of extremely low wisdom, if not actually zero.

Fran herself, I'm not sure what I'd call her in the CofD. An automaton constructed by a mad Professor, who took after him as a surgeon of such quality she can bend the laws of physics, but at terrible consequences for everyone involved (except herself, always ending up spared of harm by the fallout of messing with things they probably shouldn't). She also doesn't have the same sense of right and wrong as normal...

While MEATWAVE doesn't get the primal disgust from me that the Maiden of the Maw did, I like it just the same. Keep up the good work.

  • There was a blizzard this winter, the kind you see about every twenty years, where long-dead deer carcasses stand frozen upright for a few days before rot and sun can lay them on the earth where they belong. The local packs spend the holidays mopping up the spirits of ice and snow that gather around the lake. But none dare enter the lake itself, until a particularly brave (Some would say foolish) group of supernaturals pulled a long-abandoned scrap of Winter Wolf's hide, long since torn off by some unknown horror's fangs, from the depths. In their great hubris, the foremost among them wears the...

A particularly powerful drop of nightmare fuel you've written, here. I can see much here that could leave a certain pack, and their players, disgusted with the Maiden of the Maw, hopefully they never have to face her. Seth would totally mistake a Toothwight for some kind of tooth-spirit claimed, if they did.
