For the particular character in question, I would have spent an advantage point on generation, no question....

Frankly, Dracula never should have been made a canon character. He feels far more of an amalgam of several clans, and that's what he should have been in-universe: someone's grand Masquerade breach that called out a bunch of different clans' abilities to spread knowledge far and wide.
But of all the clans he could have been, Tzimisce is the weirdest, considering body horror flesh-shaping is one of the powers he very clearly does not have....

This is a weird take. Bagger has tradeoffs, like anything else. Its advantages include the ability to store blood for later and the ability to feed in a location of your choosing and so avoid hurting anyone if you hunger frenzy. Its disadvantage is that as your blood becomes more potent, you have a harder time drinking from bags—until you can't do it at all.
It makes sense, and I think it's a cool PT, because it's a microcosm of the vampiric experience. Bagger is often considered one of the less harmful PTs (though it's arguably more harmful), so many fledglings and players who want...

The rules are pretty clear on this.
"Unprocessed blood" is blood you take from a mortal or an animal and dump into a bag without treating it.
And BP 3 says ...
So at that point, even with Iron Gullet, no type of bagged blood sustains you....
