  • I mean, I like it a lot but I'm not sure in which quarters it's largely considered the best supplement ever made for V:TM or the best gaming supplement ever created. It's a good city book (up there with L.A. and Montreal in quality) but has ridiculous power bloat, Humanity scales, and some dreadful stereotypes. I think this is why the V5 version has pleased me so much. It's the refined version of the book....

  • Edward Neally, for me. I loved him in the original Chicago and loved seeing how this book updates him!

    - It's not Paradox who were making the MMO, but CCP

Aside from that, I really disliked how they completely omitted Onyx Path from this documentary. They were clearly trying to sell a narrative that had less to do with the truth and more to do with their selective history. LARP really received a lot more focus than tabletop but that's to be expected given LARPers tend to stress a little better.

I'm not sure what the problem is. The Compulsion won't come up often enough to be a permanent concern and as for Lasombra appearing fuzzy in recordings I think that's thematic and scary. If Lasombra desperately want to use phones, get ghouls and mortal retainers to make calls for them or just send texts or emails. The weakness isn't making them Luddites, it's preventing them from being seen or heard via technology.
