  • Going to add this to my document a bit later (running a Changeling game) but a 1 point Hollow bonus that requires Hob Alarm for Traveler's Freeholds... basically there's a set but potentially mobile entrance because the Hollow is moved by the Hobs. Basically it's so you can have a symbiotic Goblin Market with a mobile Hollow set up for both changelings and some hobs.

Sorry Lex. That's just super uncomfortable AT BEST. Probably well meaning, but just... no, please no....

Probably Chaotic Good, maybe with some Chaotic Neutral leanings, if my own harsher assessments of myself are true. And kobolds are awesome... in the 13th Age game I was in, the half-orc had one who rode around on his shoulder and basically was the party mascot, in effect....

I'll be the first to admit, I've been AMAZINGLY fucking lucky with cis people I know respecting me being trans. I've had ONE person try and argue with me, and all my friends just told them it wasn't cool and they retreated. It was affirming in spite of one person's crappiness....

Honestly, I'd be surprised if it even took that long. But that might be because they just seem exceptionally on the ball with this one. Which is good!

I'm going to say that unfortunately, I've found both gay men and women to sometimes have real problems with trans people. Either denying their transness completely, claiming they're not REALLY of their asserted gender, or more subtle but constant stuff, usually implying they're really "just gay and confused"... It might just be the sort of area I met them in though. But they exist and it is worse than cis people being shitty, for me.

replied to What are your character concepts?
My concept is a woman who was carved from a protective boulder that had lined Wall Street in NYC. Workers there kept running into it and cursing it during Occupy Wall Street and it was eventually removed, and Sun Wukong carved her from said boulder. Now she's a leftist podcaster and Black Bloc member of Antifa. Her calling is Warrior and is tough like the rock she was carved from.

Might I suggest also some fiction along the lines of the old wiki's Whirling Brush Method. Basically a few pieces of collaborative writing where a person writes some, then another person writes the next chapter or two, and so on?

I suspect it's because he's making good money off sales of supplements and stuff. Enough that his greed kills any decency that might make it hard for him to sleep. The fact that seemingly the president pays attention to him only adds to that equation.

If we're talking a living wage, sure. And yes, doctors aren't getting paid enough either. But the thing about if your fast food worker is making $15... they're going to spend a good chunk of that... which pays other people, and the money flows around way more healthy than all accumulating at the top. But that's getting off topic.

I'm just saying, if everyone is making a fair wage, then dropping 90 for a game becomes downright reasonable (and we might see the very DLC issue you're complaining about fade away into the fabric of the main game). And it also makes studios more able to...

Well, that's because wages haven't kept up with inflation at all. The US is pretty shit that way. But such is the way of capitalism, pay workers as little as possible, charge as much as possible for products. Like Charlaquin is totally right here, but Nyrufa is also right about the wages. The fact is the price of games SHOULD go up... and so should minimum wage (15 is good)... like if you were making that much an hour, the game being 80 (or even 90) wouldn't be AS big a deal, would it? A friend talks about how games are around $90 equivalent in Japan... but I suspect his money flow is much better...

How many promising studios (or IPs even) has EA done this to? I've lost count, at least 7, right?
