Centralization: Little decentralized (local landed retainers have authorization to hear and decide on court cases). Kasai, as Lord Paramount, should be taking over the major decisions.
Aristocracy vs Plutocracy: Slightly Aristocratic. Small change (for the moment) towards more trade and manufacture.

Mercantilism vs Free-Trade : Mercantilism. Build up the fief!
Attracting new settlers: Offer tax/food-rent breaks to new settlers who move. Doesn't cost anything out of pocket. If it doesn't draw enough...

Actually, setting the Hill Tribe warriors loose on the bandits with a bounty per head would probably thin the bandits down a lot. Perhaps promising them tools would be better than just money?

Yes! “My Lord, I am your man, for as long as I live”.

The point of going to the tournament was to get lucky and a position. This is a position. A chance to put the Oaths to work on a large scale.

LOL. Well, when I read the title, that is. How about as a Fire Aspect?

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that at some time, somewhere, some one said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I am just not close enough to get the job done."

Okay, so that negates question one. Will have to wait to learn some of the style before any attempt to identify it will be possible.

    What form for the construct?
This is largely determined already, anything vaguely humanoid will be able to help with the shop. I mean, extra eyes would help watch for shoplifters. Other "improvements" are possible, but they all move away from human standard.

    What will you do?
He is clearly not human. Go hit the books with Irei to figure out what he is.
What form will you give the construct?
Tavosh, or as close as possible....
