Doing some looking I suspect that it has something to do with putting on a driver's hat and racing ahead.

Looking for French Idioms
I tried looking on line, but I only found a few. In particular I am looking for an idiom that is roughly equivalent to the American idiom "Hit the ground Running."
What would that be?
Also, if you are aware of other everyday or fun French idioms feel free to share.
Thanks in advance....

From what I have found out the connection to Mithra is tenuous at best so I was trying to construct him based on what we do know and what can fit into the Greco-Roman paradigm....

Thinking about Mithras...Again
I was thinking about and doing some looking on Mithras again and I got to thinking about fleshing him out.
My first thought is that he is a scion who managed to apotheose, but didn't stick the landing right. So the first thought is who is his divine parent? I was thinking either Ares or Zeus. The Overthrow of Zeus: Specifics?
We know Zeus is fated to be overthrown by one of his children. Typically it is assumed it will be one of his sons. We know about the son, the second child of Metis, was foretold to overthrow him, but Metis was swallowed before that could happen.
I want to say there were other instances where he was prophesied to be overthrown, but I can't remember. What do you all recall?
Also, is it just limited to the sons or could it be a daughter?
Thanks in advance....

Talking in Animal Form: What should I charge? [V5]
I have a gangrel in the chronicle I run who wants to be able to talk in animal form. There are no powers or merits that allow this, but in game they recently ran into a Tzimicie who offer their services to the coterie. The player is thinking since there re no merits maybe the flesh crafter can make a modification to his animal forms.
I am OK with this. Since it is a relatively minor procedure I didn't want to charge an attribute for it. So I was thinking maybe make a merit to cover it. The question is dot rating. I was thinking 2 dot. Does that sound reasonable?

I am of the mind that this thread is getting out of hand. I am not calling for a Lock, but could folks relax a bit?
