    1. It's unstated but to me strongly implied that any Aspect can get any Aura. I suspect it is just somewhat easier for a given Aspect to get into the matching Aura.
    2. Blossom Hides Thorns feels kind of over-situational?
    3. Not sure how I feel about having to purchase Earth Bears Witness twice if you want it for one of the other auras.
    Tentatively though I think this is an interesting and powerful mechanic to lend a real sense of elemental association to the splat in play.

    What are you trying to grapple? If you've pierced an ordinary person with a harpoon I think you grappling them is the least of their worries.

    I think it'd be reasonable to just say it gains the grappling tag against creatures with the legendary size merit, without requiring some additional decisive attack.

    "At my table I would rule"... is the way to express this, not asserting a rule that appears nowhere in the text and whose strongest support is weak inference from an example penalty that could be applied to any ability (e.g. Melee / Archery / Thrown for a strange weapon).

    The game has explicit rules for the Abilities whose focus is limited in some way (notably Craft and Lore), and and...

    Eh, you're right. I would tend not to read it as granting water-breathing, both because I would read only the environmental damage reduction as an actual mechanical effect and because I don't feel water-breathing quite fits with the theme of Survival and the Charm. Cinematically, we see heroes manage to persevere through blizzards and hurricanes and firestorms and such, but it would be downright jarring to see one able to hold his breath indefinitely. And if you did see someone depicted as holding their breath for a incredible length of time, it would probably look more like a feat of athletic...

    I am pretty sure Element-Resisting Prana doesn't let you breath underwater (IIRC there was a dev comment on this at some point?) and only protects from stuff like water pressure.

    I think there is room for an entry-level Athletics Charm that lets you hold your breath for some ungodly length of time (e.g. Stamina x Athletics hours). Black Fathoms Blessed isn't quite the same thing and also is very deep in the Sail tree, requiring 10 Charms and Essence 3.

    (Also Black Fathoms Blessed doesn't really work for this, since you still get incapacitated from drowning, you just don't...
