    • Hi guys, just posted my letter up now and sorry for not being in touch sooner. I'm glad that all of us have stuck with this despite things cropping up in our lives, and have been enjoying it immensely Now I have to decide what to spend my experience on now!

      • New letter up. The Morrigan isn't particularly happy with what she's learnt this week and on a not unrelated note, Cire, can I spend 24 of my 26 Arcane xp to buy Gnosis 3?

ps. Warrior Angel, she's not actually mad at Phoenix, he just managed to hit three of her buttons in one sentence while she was already in a bad mood.

          • Very nice letter Cod of Justice. Given what has happened to The Morrigan this week I can't say I blame her for being angry and lashing out in the slightest, and I'm sure that Phoenix won't take offence lol.

I have the idea that Phoenix is used to other mages not sharing his beliefs - After all, when you can encounter spirits and other supernatural things that are powerful enough to be considered gods as well as consider what mages can actually do when they gain power, combine that with a place like the World of Darkness where a lot of bad things happen it will be very difficult for mages to believe in a higher power that supposed to watching over His children when things like soul-eating and Abyssal creatures are around. From what I've read as well, a lot of Mages no doubt see religion as another Lie for the Exarchs to control the masses. So I'd imagine Phoenix is in the minority of Mages' beliefs He's no bible-basher though, so when writing I try to show it through the odd line in his letters more than anything.

              • So... um...

                Hi guys.

I am really, really sorry for not posting or really explaining for all this time. Exams, work on my thesis, etc. took up my time. Which is no excuse for not giving better notice. I kept thinking I would get a break to write something, but it never really came together.

If it is still okay, I would like to come back in and start posting. If my behavior has put anyone off I entirely understand.

                  • Hi Exthalion, no worries these things happen. I for one have no problem with you coming back to the chronicle :-)

                    • Hello. Most of the new batch of people we were trying to train in quit, but I do hope to have new Cire letter up by like Saturday, but more experience. As to an earlier discussion, Cire is very religious as was (will be ?) seen in past games. I feel mages have many diverse views. I like to think the world opened up to them opens up even more questions than even we have to deal with to understand the cosmos.

                      • Be glad to have you back Exthalion.

New letter up. The Morrigan's not quite back on form yet but Deirdre has a plan for that. Deirdre has several plans to fix that in fact and if you listen closely when reading this letter you might well hear the implications of those plans whooshing over The Morrigan's head (This week marks the point where Deirdre losses her patience with subtle hints and starts breaking increasingly large clue-bats over the Morrigan's head.)

XP wise can I spend 2 points on Concilium Status 1, 12 points on Weaponry 4 and can I put both my free background dots into Hallow please?

                        • Good letter, and yes to the spending and the dots allocation.

                          • I can have my letter out today. Is that appropriate for the rotation?

                            • I think so. I am very much looking forward to reading it.

                              • Some great letters there Exthalion, now I'm going to have to figure out a decent guess at what it could all mean for Phoenix!
