But don' t think I' m going to penalize you ( too much) for being cautious.

@Magnusar. The warehouse' s contents were left deliberately vague to allow you to rummage through them for his such purposes. So go ahead, I like the cut of your gib.

Also, I will withhold judgement or comment on Exthaliom' s plan til I see more of it in action.
Out of character, I'm fine with waiting and getting settled. In character, Zarah is kind of annoyed that Zan, whom she hired, is going off to the dangerous labyrinth on another mission. She knew she should have gotten some kind of Exclusive contract with him. Also, there is the fact that Zarah has a month to get into the Labyrinth, find this King of Hoof and reason with it. So, she might be rushing now, but she'd be willing to slow down if someone talks her down. Zarah is very much out of her element here.

Depends if we get the right connections and the right friends, could be a piece of cake but there is a infernal loose in town mayhem will follow soon I bet.

For now I think we should stay in town to better settle in before leaving for an expedition into the labyrinth and my character is not combat oriented for now at least

Dietaku can the wood in the warehouse be used as exotic ingredient albeit a minor one I would like to build this

    Maker’s Drafting Board (Artifact 3)
    Attunement Cost: 8m
    Activation Cost: None
    Maintenance: None

The Artificer’s Codex (Library of Azun Sol, Second Repository, Row 3, Shelf 81) describes an incomparable first age wonder known as Autocthon’s Workbench, said to allow its user to fabricate objects from pure essence with the stroke of a stylus. While the Maker’s Drafting Board cannot manage that feat, its other functions are clearly inspired by the device.

The Drafting Board is a simple looking desk of rare wood, its top angled downward and inlaid with a precise grid-work of orichalcum. When a craftsman draws a set of plans using the surface, the artifact allows him to project them in three dimensions, rotate, enlarge, and edit them with ease. The Board can also simulate essence flow and physical dynamics, allowing the user to concept check his work before building.

The Maker’s Drafting Board adds three successes to any Craft check made to design and build a new Artifact or Manse, protecting the user from botches, and speeding the crafting process over the long run. Attuning the Board requires the commitment of eight motes.

As for money if we can get our hands on enough raw materials good quality equipment must be in high demands around the labyrinth.

I'm not really interested either. But it seem like our NPC guide is running off into the Wilderness without us, so I'm taking that as a subtle ST hint to get our PCs asses into the Labyrinth ASAP.

(Or maybe I am just metagaming a bit too much. Seriously, I'm just trying to keep the party together and help move plot along! )

This may be meta gaming, but are you guys heading to the pub or should I head to the warehouse?

Yeah, it tries to tie up things, but feels very flat. I'd just skip it.

All in all a good read, but the last little bit is not really necesary.
I do like a little bit of angst, or even a whole truckload if it is done well. I love classical Gothic stuff after all (Stoker, Shelly, Poe).

Episodes that drag on with nothing really to show? Sounds like everything past Freiza in Dragonball.

    @Wonderandawe: I try.

Also, apologies. I tried, but nothing came to me for Hi and Roishi. However, I have soemthing else I'm working on as a replacement. I think you'll all like it.

So we got a puppy God and a former member of the wyld hunt heading towards the warehouse?

    Thus should be interesting.

I remember watching a Fist of the North Star movie sometime over a decade ago and thinking it was pretty awesome. Over the top crazy kung fu? Yeah, sign me up. Drama I tend to approach cautiously until I find that it is a kind of drama that I like. I'm still courting the idea of liking the drama in Fist of the North Star.
