Yeah, but Moonstone was also A. having a serious downward mood swing and B. experiencing a Paradox causing him to see memories in the worst possible light. Their relationship wasn't great but this is specifically a highlight reel of his lowest points and worst memories, so it's not quite the full story.

This is a more scholarly subject and you're trying to integrate information you've been critically evaluating since you arrived in that room. The good news is that it means it can't try to siphon Mana from you, as you're no longer Resonant, or strengthen the connection to Open to possess or otherwise influence you.

MagicSwordsman At this point, if I were you, I would probably try to just run. Or try to blast it with some magic. Or both. Can't you technically make an attack role with any Arcana as Arcana + Gnosis to deal bashing?
