Well, the only rational response is to let the insult fester until the Imperial Manse opens and he forces Aisa to publicly beg his pardon once he controls the sword.

I'm going to test this out on Ryo, who will be forced to speak at his first visit to the Imperial Deliberate. Ryo has no points in Presence, so this should be interesting. :P

Ryo's letters are up. For someone who is suppose to be really good at Bureaucracy, Ryo rolls really low. I don't know what he would do without the second Solar excellency.

Ryo didn't roll a single six in either of his Astrology augmented rolls. Maybe my curse of "never rolling well as an ST" is haunting me.


I adjusted the calendar to start the planning early. We will begin to write letters on 12/9/2016. I figured that will give everyone time to come up with a solid strategy for the conspiracy as mentioned in the past letters.

How does everyone feel about the schedule? I created it so those who visit the forums less regularly can plan for letters and what not. I'm also trying to balance this game with work and my quest.

wonderandawe - What are your views on IC knowledge of Essence ratings? My view has always been that essence ratings are fairly well known among the dynasty - not as a hard number, but definitely as a "oh yes, she's very in tune with the dragons for her age, her anima is very strong." I know that different people have their own views, so I wanted to check in before I start making plans.

(currently debating whether to go straight for E4 or stop and get some more excellencies first)

The current schedule is fine by me. The Thanksgiving break was a little long (I'm excited to play!), but I understand other people being busy even if I wasn't.

There is no number mentioned but an essence four Dragonblooded is obviously more powerful than an essence two. At higher essence, you will get more elemental effects in your Anima.
