Well, for me the big problem will be figuring how crafting is going to work. I have heavily optimized dice pools, craft artifacts, and intermittent access to factory cathedrals.

Guan is currently reaching out to one of his friends (who's also the one I was going to speak with), who's expressed tentative interest. Will see where that goes.

The round-robin ST thing is interesting, but I'd prefer not to experiment with it here. Coordination for grand NPC plans and sweeping events seems like it would suffer.

What if each player is the ST for one other player and is responsible for coming up with difficulties and complications for them?

We also have Roseblack for a victory condition if Aisa has to be retired aka mnemonized.

You could play Aisa as a GM-PC as I did Ryo. Though I did have trouble coming up with complications for him after running stuff for the other players.

I've enjoyed playing Aisa a ton, but if we don't find someone else I'd be willing to step up as ST.

So I've been doing a lot of thinking these past few weeks and even with the new changes to the format, I am going to have to end the game. I got a lot of real life stuff I've been putting off and I need the creative energy to work on that. (I can't let the fiance do everything while I play in fantasy land.)

I feel really bad about ending the game. I was hoping the letter writing format would cure the curse of play by post games. However, it just moved the weak point of the game from the players to the ST. Like most things, I underestimated the amount of work it would take to run the game.

I apologize again on bailing on you guys. At least we got further than most play by post games and I hope you guys had as much fun playing as I had running it.

Please don't feel too bad about it, I greatly enjoyed this game and appreciate all the effort you put into it.

I have no objections to this. I can send anyone my "evil plans" or the new ST can come up with their own evil plans.
