Well, the good news is that the new CEO of White Wolf has a meme-ready portrait in case everything goes to hell, available in this article on the sale. If I remember correctly, the Onyx Path owns Trinity and Scion outright, but they only licensed WoD and Exalted. As far as I know, how long those licenses might last is not public knowledge. It'll be interesting to see what happens next!
I'm a big fan of Paradox's games, so I suppose there are worse fates for the line.

We knew this deal was brewing, but can't talk about it right now.
As far as I know, this includes all White Wolf games still owned by CCP, including both Worlds of Darkness and Exalted. It does not include White Wolf games now owned by other people, such as Scion, Trinity, and Scarred Lands.

Well, this may be good or bad.yeah.
Although I can't help wonder if in a future Expansion, one of the Karlings gets Vamped or something...
And I know for a fact that Ivory Claws will go mental upon being subjected to the Eugenics programs good Crusader Kings players set up.
Mechs: Because even the Chronicles of Darkness needs robot fights.
DarkFrame: Crossover setting that puts Chronicles of Darkness in the far future that is Warframe.
Monarch: The Endless You are an alien ruler, charged with maintaining a people who you shape to suit your needs.
