Are any Onyx Path staff paying any attention to Trouble Tickets or is the forum abandond?

I tried going to the exact url for this app and it is "Not available in your region or country." I live in the U.S. What is going on? Please stop ignoring this.

I tried to find the Onyx Dice app on the Apple Store and it's not there at all (neither for free or for money). How do I find it?
