    Momo's Scroll of Mixed Martial Arts

    Hello everyone! So, first real post on the forums. I'm Momo and I've been converting styles with the assistance of others. I figured for my first post i'd just gather up everything i'd done over December to now and make it into one nice document. I've left it open for comment, and though I might not go back and change things, I also might and value input from everyone. So feel free to look it over, use it. Don't use it. Hopefully everyone enjoys!

    Currently the Document includes:

    Just had a quick glance as I don't have time to sit and read everything at once - you have, what? 50 pages to go through? Off hand though, I'm honestly pretty impressed. You put a lot of work into this and it all looks reasonably balanced and very functional. I like the mechanics you used while converting some of the Charms. I'll be saving this document and try to come back to it later. Really though, just from my initial impression, if any of players approached me and said they wanted to use your material, I'd be willing to let them do so.

    I noticed your note for Close Your Eyes and Look - maybe you could just have the player ask a more specific mechanically based question - What's this guy's dice pool in X? Or what is his soak number? Or even how many mots are in his Essence pool?

    Also as an aside Momoyo is the second best girl - I liked Kokoro just a little bit more.

      Thank you AnubisXy! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to wake up and see such kind words. For Close Your Eyes and Look, i'll take into consideration your suggestion. Though usually i'm open enough to let my players know what they're up against. Though, motes left I hadn't considered, that could be a very interesting advantage. Thanks!

      Side note: You're entitled to your opinion of who is best girl... Even if it's wrong.

        I would like to say this is pretty interesting. I was going to work on converting White Veil Style once I was done writing my sorcerous path rules. If you want to take a stab at it, I would be interested in seeing it.

        Ex3 Craft rewrite.

          I'm glad to hear you like it. I'll take a crack at White Veil, either before or after I do my Ivory Pestle conversion. Seeing as I didn't really follow the idea for Wood Shikari using staves, we could probably use a dedicated staff style.

            Your take on Swaying Grass Dance makes me happy. I've got a kick-using character concept, and one of my players will want that exact style for his Dance-Battler Fire Aspect.

              I'm so very happy that everyone seems to like it! Especially so that you enjoy the Swaying Grass Dance, I enjoyed making that conversion for the dancing demon I wrote up. Hopefully it serves you and your player well!

                Could we put air dragon style into the documents with credits to the converter? I ask mainly so we can have 1 nice neat document with everything. Also Kudos to you all! I've got a martial artists who right now is noodling around with crane tiger and steel devil styles but will be learning snake and i need to have immaculate monks coming after them soon!

                  Very glad that you now have some extra oomph to work off of with your monks! I cleared it up with Sandact6 and added his style to the document, with the minor change of using my enlightenment keyword in place of the mastery keyword. Nothing really changes for solars in that manner, but it makes terrestrial masters of the style quite scary. Another thanks to Sandact again for allowing his work to be in my document!

                          Growls I have more than just that. I made her whole soul structure. Though some are more complete than others. Everyone can take a gander and enjoy them. Oh I also have character art for each of them. Enjoy, make suggestions for how to better define some of their stats or charms. Or just take them and enjoy. She comes from a Devil Tiger in one of my games. Though she could EASILY be attributed to a Yozi, probably Malfeas if you wanted to.Though he's already got his Jotun dancing, haha.
