The most cheap artifact is Torc of Unified Action, from Wonders of the Lost Age. Artifact rating 2, several people can share thoughts and senses.

Now, you need to think outside of the box.

    1. My Twilight summoned a Jokun, but any demon/elemental with a suitable Track charm works. (The charm has to have an activation clause, for example if the target makes a specific noise, or is flying, or whatever)
    2. Make the spirit invest a mote in you and be the target of his Track charm.
    3. Give the elemental to the people you need to send messages to.
    4. When needed you can activate and deactivate the Track charm, sending messages via this impromptu code.

Voila, cheap and easy instant communication across Creation for a Sorcerer Linguist.

I think the realm uses a system of mirrors. There might be Sometimes to expand apon there. Or smoke signals from a special pipe.

Oh no, make them sentient. Or at least intelligent. Say, you tell one bird that the bird within nexus must tell the cell to install a bomb at the docks. Then the bird living within nexus tells the cell inside your instructions. The other birds say nothing.

Yeah the Twilight isn't wanting to build a network of something like that. In addition to the birds he made me an earing that lets me hear "prayers" so that anyone in my spy network can just speak to me from anywhere in creation. The birds will mainly be for me to sent messages out to them, when I don't have the Twilight nearby or don't want to use him to send an infallible messenger.

What are Palantirs? And the twilight doesn't want to be crafting stuff in every city.

No survival or bureaucracy in the group.

You mean like 50 mph on average, and up to 1,100 miles in a single journey? Cheap, easy to breed, innocuous... sounds like a Survival or Bureaucracy project could save your Twilight some XP and accomplish basically the same thing.

If your Twilight's a crafter also, I'd go for palantirs. Way more epic.

Your right it doesn't make them less obvious but harder to shoot and more effective for message delivery if we wanted normal bird speed we would just train some carrier pidgeons.

I'm pretty sure there used to be a cartoon about this sort of thing.

Well an example ambition 1 is creating creatures to serve a person or organization with basic task like house work and stuff but figure these birds are probably a little more advanced then that so thinking probably a 2.

Yeah of course mainly going to be for me to send messages to the cells in my spy network or if other circle members maybe want to get a message out to someone. Going to try to make them as normal looking as possible and they are going to be really fast like 100 mph flight speed or something so hopefully that will help.
