It has everything, from super-powered fights, through thousand year old beings influencing civilisations, arcane technology all in gold sigils, and even leveraging intimacies to contain a teammate suffering from a madness episode.

I watched Everything Everywhere All at Once a few days ago and nothing will convince me that Jobu Tupaki isn't a perfect representation of a completely unhinged Sidereal or Getimian.

I saw the movie The Adjustment Bureau and I thought it felt very Sidereal. It's basically the story of stubborn mortals trying to escape the meddlesome destiny agents, who are similar to Sidereals but less powerful. I could summarize the plot by saying the destiny agents need to use Shun the Smiling Lady for their mission, but that Charm doesn't exist so they run around trying to keep two mortals apart the hard way.


Edit: Here's a question: How good as an inspiration is Avatar: The Last Airbender? Not incl. the live-action adaptation(s). I feel a need to relax with some movies or TV. It kinda looks like the Avatar is in a comparable position to a Solar, with great magical potential but surrounded by hostile forces.

It’s not short at all, it’s 3 hours long!
RRR is an Indian action movie that came out last year and decided it wants very much to be in the dictionary under the definition of “bombastic.” It’s about two guys who team up to take down the British Raj using the power of friendship and also machine guns. A guy throws a leopard at another guy. This isn’t the climax of the fight or anything, it’s just something that happens.
if you’re looking for larger than life characters stunting and progressing from “that guy sure can do a lot of leg presses” to “this is the literal embodiment of a god and now he’s glowing” it’s a good fit.

ETA: to answer the question you asked instead of the one I thought I should answer, RRR was a working title that became the real title - the director and both stars are extremely famous and have ‘R’ names. It’s a bit like making a movie called “Bay Theron Reeves” and just trusting the audience will get it.
