Can anyone give me a list of the Shintai charms that count for taking the Triumphant Howl of the Devil Tiger? I just am trying to make sure I have all of these down for 2.5?

What book is Tenebrous Apotheosis Shintai in? I couldn't find it in the Ink Monkeys, Infernals, or the Broken Winged Crane?

It's in Return of the Scarlet Empress, page 212. Part of the Ebon Dragon's suite of Charms.

Also Scarlet Rapture Shintai, why is this so useless and completely unrelated to the theme of the Silent Wind? I mean a wind that makes no noise and deals damage with its silence would make more sense.
