We now have a good number of writers on board and we have broadly settled what we are doing. My expectations have been wildly exceeded.

This thread is for sharing sketches, summaries and working drafts of your work. Constructive criticism is welcome (and should be welcomed). We have a few interested artists on board, so hopefully we can use the early sketches to settle on art resources.

Here is a blank google doc to share for general workpad stuff.

Anyone uncomfortable with sharing their unfinished work on the forum should feel free to contact me privately.

Bookmarking the thread.

I've got a few pages there already, but not much on my computer, since I mostly write on paper before typing it all back. Working title : The Navigator..About a godblooded sailor torn between family obligation and her approaching doom, on the shores of the Dreaming Sea.

I was also one of the would-be illustrators, so I'm willing to start a sketch or two if somebody wants one (either you give me a description, or you let me read your story and let me go wild!)

Subscribed, and still waiting for characters, especially backer characters, also added my stuff to the Google Doc. I got two story ideas, one for a Shogunate Tale and another for a more casual adventure. Help me pick one to focus on.

A handful of characters were volunteered on the previous thread and you can take them up however you wish. As before, you are under no obligation to use a volunteered character.

I quite like the sound of the Shogunate tale, primarily because it is centered around a poet.

I'm on board for either and have a soft spot for trying to tackle things that fall under the radar a bit. I'd love to help out if possible, though I get that I might be too late here.

Crumplepunch would have the final word, but I can't imagine a reason why you couldn't do either or both. The deadline for submissions was mentioned as being the end of April, IIRC.
