Has anyone gotten their books yet?

It’s been 11 days days since they printed the shipping labels but according to USPS they haven’t even received the books. Has anyone received their books yet? Or are all you being told your books haven’t shipped yet as well?

I haven't gotten my order yet, no, but honestly I think the USPS where their shipper is located is weird.

When I got Changeling: The Lost, my tracking number never updated. It always said "pre-shipment" and then my book showed up.

I haven't gotten mine yet and I'm in the same town as the printing company. Too bad I couldn't just go pick them up.

Same here. I *think* they usually print all the labels at once (thus generating the label generation/tracking number notif) but then don't actually ship out until all the books are packed, but it is kinda frustrating. My label was generated over a month ago...

My label was created on the 23rd. It has not updated since. I had to go on Backerkit to get that.

Yeah, I can see it in backerkit. I was only checking my email and didn't think to look there.

How on earth is that Backerkit’s doing? All the data is entered by whoever OPP has managing it.

Because literally it is backerkit that can’t understand that I have aol as an email account and trying to navigate their customer accounts for any customer service is a joke

It likes gmail just fine, and that’s free.

I use gmail and I've never gotten shipment notification. Now normally I'm one of those people who's just like "meh, I know I'll get the books eventually", but yea, Backerkit has some weirdities sometimes

Honestly, I Kickstarted many things both from Onyx Path and a bunch of other companies. Never needed backerkit for any of it. It seems extraneous.
