Which Creature/Group would "Blank" Fictional Character would be in?
I'm currently watching a The Cosby Show marathon and it got me wondering what splat would Dr. Cliff Huxtable be in. (All jokes about the crap his actor did aside.)

TROS/Legends Sheev is probably a Nephandus Archmage of, well, Forces. Likely an ex-Technocrat.

Boggin.
Though I did once see a member of the Order of Hermes based on the character.
What is tolerance? It is the consequence of humanity. We are all formed of frailty and error; let us pardon reciprocally each other's folly. That is the first law of nature.
Voltaire, "Tolerance" (1764)

And if he were to be a vampire?

For the film version, I'm thinking Order of Hermes/Akashic Dual Tradition is probably the closest. I know the feat you're talking about, but I'm not sure it requires a major update to his Forces - he already was demonstrating powerful Forces spheres.
That said, he isn't necessarily a master of that many spheres; many of his feats arguably could be done with lower levels. Correspondence master, likely. Arguably NOT Time, since he was wielding an artifact that had Archmastery of Time built in. But his Forces feats probably could be achieved with three or four dots, along with a parallel amount of Prime.
The real reason I vote OoH/Akashic is style of using magic. The mages of his order utilize circles and patterns clearly inspired by western Hermeticism (real world Hermeticism, mind) and related practices; however, they also emphasize body work and martial arts in their practices. Given that two of their three "must keep safe" locales were in Hong Kong and London, and Kamar-taj is in India, the two orders merged makes sense for the movie version of the character. The idea that they are drawing upon energy from other dimensions is a bit of a sticking point, admittedly - it kind of fits in with the Hermetics but not quite - but then again, each order has different interpretations and factions with varying practices, so it's ultimately a non-issue IMO.
I watched Infinity War again today, and in Strange's battle with Thanos, Thanos throws a black hole at Strange and Strange transmutes it into in Butterflies. That is an insane feat.

Reason: Grammar
Since the Ducktales reboot is over, I thought it would be fun to do one on some of the characters...
Gyro Gearloose: Iteration X with a paradox flaw that makes half of his sentient creations "evil/misunderstood".
Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera: Starts off as an Acolyte until his Genius awakens.
Gandra Dee: Iteration X, especially after she leaves F.O.W.L.
Scrooge and Flintheart: Rival Syndicate Technocrats.
Mark Beaks: Iteration X

Thanos did have a very strong WTF? reaction when that happened. I remember wondering on first viewing if Strange might actually be able to win that fight one-on-one.
Mr Peanut Butter from Bojack Horseman has to be an archmaster in entropy to be so fucking lucky. He might also have Life 2 to look so good in his 50s. I imagine the Syndicate is evaluating Princess Caroline and Todd for recruitment.
