Which Creature/Group would "Blank" Fictional Character would be in?

Just ran a search and it's hard to believe that Maleficent has never been mentioned in almost thrity pages.

What kind of mage would she be? (I know the live action movies really go into her being a far creature, but the little I know about changeling makes me think she's not a good fit for that).

The character has always been called The Wicked Fairy in this story (originally without a name, most frequently named Carabosse, although other names do exist). Even in the animated movie she's not meant to be a human, but a fourth fairy.

And by my knowledge of Changeling, she fits no problem. Probably an Unseelie Sidh, possibly from House Daireann and a Peacock Legacy. She would have a very good spread of Arts, but mastery of Soothsay and, possibly, Metamorphosis, and complete domain of the Realms of Actor and Nature.

Spirit 4 for the possession, maybe with Prime 2 if you need to provide animating force outside your own psychic/spiritual energies. I think that should take care of the reanimation since you're projecting yourself into the corpse. Not sure if reaching between the alternate earths would just require a Gauntlet breach (Spirit 3) or full-on projecting past the Horizon (Spirit 5).

The flight was definitely a result of the spirits of the damned being bound into a cloak, wasn't it?

Do you, though? Since you're binding multiple spirits, you could easily cover both flight and animation through that?

You could, but you also want to be the driving force on the body, so for this effect specifically I would rather add something to let me directly control the body my mind will inhabit during this possession. Animating with Spirit always has the potential drawbacks of doing anything with Spirit. Specially when you're specifically dealing with damned souls.

Now that I think about it, Bradford Buzzard (Ducktales reboot) would be a member of the NWO until even they're turned off by his need for "order". So he opts to leave and creates FOWL as a rouge technocratic organization.
