So I had a malk who over the course of the chronicle got a hold of vicissitude and animalism. The guy was obsessed with women (not his derangement,but a cause of it) but he tired of who he was with and what he was doing, so the dude would get himself into hospitals and wards, and he'd make an offer to nice old ladies. They agree to become one of his ladies, and he'd take them home, rebuild them in younger and more beautiful forms, and they'd be fine ghouls forever. My ST really enjoyed roll-playing them. It was heartwarming stuff to see him become a weathered lady now happy that her youth was restored. Sadly, we stopped playing for other reasons before we could fully explore it, but I'd go back to that character in a heartbeat if it weren't for the shityness of other aspects of the game.
