I would be glad to see a descendants of Keminitri or Damballah for the Setites, Al Ashrad or Mancheaka for Banu Haqim, Dracon (although I lean towards Kartarirya) for Tzimisce, and Ravana or Hazimel for the Ravnos.
Although Salubri might not be possible, it would be cool to see Descendants Of the Wu Zao twins.

Those will hopefully come with the player's guide, while its a possibility, wouldn't necessarily expect those from Boston by NightLast edited by SetiteFriend; 05-15-2022, 01:25 AM.

Mostly the latter, since they lack content exclusive to them unlike other clans.

I would love to see a descendants of Adonai loresheet for the Salubri...

I keep saying this but I think it's the biggest thing missing from V5. Without even arguing about whether the Sabbat should be playable, there are now canonically tons of ex-Sabbat Kindred floating around the different sects. Their histories and lineages weren't erased. There should be tons of Sabbat-related Loresheets to reflect that.

I reckon however, that if we're to see Salubri Bloodline loresheets, it will tie to The Seven or those of the Ashirra.

Just to manage your expectations: this book won't be providing Loresheets unconnected from the subject matter, being the Boston presented in Swansong. I did write a lot of content for this book, but it's been very streamlined to act as a companion to the video game coming out tomorrow.

Understood!

Man, I remember that Giovanni Chronicles part 4 ended in Boston, with some real mafia shaenanigans going on. There were some important elements there (besides the Children of Isaac), and I hope that was at least acknowledged in the book. But who knows, I'm not really updated in the Swansong setting, so it is not impossible for me that there is some reference.
Besides that, I just think it will be a very good book and more V5.
Strange... When coincidence seems too convenient, I prefer to call it fate.

I’ve got the game and the book. I’ve skimmed through it and it seems well done. I’ll try to provide more information soon but I don’t want to spoil the game for myself so I’m a little bit wary of delving into BbN too deeply. One thing I can say is I was expecting a lot of Hecata in the book but didn’t find much at first glance

Yes, i remember some references to the Patriarca mafia family, the Milliners feud with the Kennedys among some other stuff.
Also their underwhelming attempt into updating Effie Feng into KotE mechanics.
If memory tricks me not, it would indeed make a passable base for starting a Boston chronicle, much better than Dark Colony at least.
The Swansong game i know nothing about, the short synopsis i read does not much, but the fact some of the story seems centered in a trio of "elders" (more precisely 100-something ancillas) of different clans and feelings about the Camarilla and current status quo sounds promising.
Here, for those also mostly unfamiliar. Also this.
(Also liked the "seductive amazon" of clan Toreador description, that makes me think of a big, beautiful plus size giant of an action woman, but that's just me hoping for some light messing around with clan stereotypes - or my personal fetishes, kind of 50-50 there, won't deny...)
