Broken Mirrors in Kindred of the East

I remember reading about them in the books but can't find the source. Just re-read quickly the corebook, the companion and The 1000 Hells and found 0 reference to them (or perhaps i'm too sleep deprived to find it in those books). Does anyone remember where are they detailed?

Pretty sure Broken Mirrors were discussed in a section towards the back of Killing Streets, but I'm at work so I can't double check right now.
