I think most vampires would predate the game itself, and once you hit that age the idea of revealing an embarrassing truth or doing something that doesn't get you an advantage is a lose/lose scenario. Then again, I am not a big fan of the eternal teenager trope for vampire characters and tweens are the only ones that would play such a game.

Now I can see various clans using games and bets to earn reputation amongst themselves and to pass the time. But that would be more along the lines of say a gangrel coterie having a challenge where you hunt your prey with restricted discipline use or getting a kill on a supernatural without getting into close combat.

As for the Sabbat..... their games may as well just be a greatest hits montage of horror movies and torture porn kills like from the Saw series. Who can recreate it with the least prep time or who can improve on it.

I could see one question being "Hey did you really do that thing you said you did, or did you just make it up?" A dare might be something like "Go and steal the panda from the zoo"

Playing this game in the sabbat may be a bit more dangerous. Someone could ask "Hey, whats your generation" while a dare would go something like "Take out the Prince of x city"

I doubt they play those games given the importance of secrets

However i can totally see Nosferatu playing board games to socialize with other clan members or gangrel going to hunt together, ventrue competing over a resource as some kind of game, toreador making snob parties, brujah are likely to have many hobbies as they not only are radicals but passionate about everything... etc...

I think it would be simpler things like:

The weirdest place you've ever slept, which can be pretty interesting if you consider the "Earth Meld" skill;

If there was an animal that he was already curious about feeding, if you think that in zoos the options can be very strange or exotic;

If you've ever lost prey to another Kindred, I can think of it happening in the case of any Ventrue, Brujah or even Malkavian, it could start a very good story indeed;

What's the worst trouble you've gotten into for a job/favor? This one is cool because there are a lot of strange and even comical things you can do with it, here are some examples:

"A few years ago I formed a cortorie with a toreador bitch and two of those sewer rats, we got together because of a strange group that was invading our territory, it didn't seem like a difficult thing, until the bitch tried to betray us because of the her blue blood boyfriend, one of the sewer rats was destroyed and i had to spend a week living in the sewers and i still lost my hunting territory, at least that bitch was left out to dry in the sun by her boyfriend."

"I broke into the home of the Ventrue once, I heard he had stolen a treasure from one of the elders, I thought if I could get my hands on it I might have an elder owing me a favor, but I was caught off guard by a hound. on guard, a gargoyle, we fought and he put a stake through my chest. I woke up the next night inside a container, who took me out was a girl, Malkavian I think, she had a strange way. I learned later that the reason was because she had stolen the treasure herself and had only released me to serve as decoy for a night or two, I never saw her again after that night, but if I see."

I don't know if I'm being prejudiced, but I can only think of some very absurd cases:

Brujah daring each other to receive an electric shock to their own tongues; Challenges between Brujah, Gangrel, Nosferatu and maybe a Ventrue or two, daring each other to take punches from one another, use of disciplines allowed; A Nosferatu male daring a girl from the other clans to kiss his festering face, which couldn't be missed, and the others betting which one of them will kill him; A Gangrel challenging a Ventrue to hunt in the forest, why not?; A Malkavian daring a Gangrel to summon its famulus, the Malkavian devours the Famulus and the Gangrel rips the Malkavian's head off; That's a good one, a Ventrue dared to allow a Tzimice to make alterations to her appearance; Someone asking the Toreador girl which kindred within the circle she would spend the night with, the answer would be the attractive Gangrel, the Malkavian girl or would she rather do it with a dog than one of them; As a final touch, a parkour-style running challenge over buildings. Not very realistic, but it would be kind of funny.

At a Gangrel gathering I would see some boasting of what they did since the last meet and what they would attempt now. Imagine if a Gangrel neonate tried to get a meeting with Vlad Dracul and has proof of it. It would raise there stock amongst the clan.
