Pretty much as the title says, it is possible to have willpower over 10? I no longer see the 10 limit of Resolve + Composure that was in the first edition. Am I missing something?

Supernatural splats can get above five attribute dots once they can get to a certain point. There is also a merit in hurt locker that grants bonus willpower points; I think it was Defender, or something similar. -
Only ephemeral entitites are explicitly limited to 10 Willpower anymore.
