Has anyone ever done a fan made sourcebook focusing on any of the fangames?

There's sourcebooks covering the 'big 3' games. A fan made one for changeling and I think one for Geists currently being worked on.

But has there been any attempt at a sourcebook for hunting say, Leviathans?

Yes, for example here's one for Princess the Hopeful. There was some talk about a fan-made supplement for Genius the Transgression, but I don't remember it going anywhere.
