Wisdom is described as the ability to judge the value of when, where, why and how to use Magic.
Because of balance issues I'd assume that Wisdom is beyond the ability of non-Imperial Magic to manipulate.
However I'd probably say that the Practice of Knowing (1 dot) with either Mind or Prime could determine it's level compared to your own, with Reach for the specific level.
Mind because it has a partially mental factor, in that it's a part of the Mage's judgment skills
Prime because your Wisdom affects what your Long-Term Nimbus is applied to, and Prime could probably see that stability/instability.
Death? I'm uncertain. Death seems to be more related to the health of a Soul, and I'm uncertain Wisdom relates to that.
That is, until you hit 0, go Mad, and your soul starts leaking its jucies everywhere.

Reason: Thoughts on Death.
I had a similar question in mind about using Prime to attack Gnosis, Fraying it. Seems like it would make sense but be a bit unbalancing.
"A spell can grant a total number of Trait dots equal to its
Potency. Advantages, such as Gnosis or a vampire’s Blood
Potency, cannot be granted by spells, nor can supernatural
abilities like Arcana or Disciplines."
I think the choice of word is deliberate. You can't grant dots, but you can probably Unravel them. The only restriction I'd set is that such spells can't be Lasting, just like Attributes and Skills.
