From Blood Potency 6+ a Kindred character cannot nourish from animals or humans - only vampire blood sates his hungers. But would BP 6+ character then be sated by other supernatural being - like werewolves or mages?

That's what Unnatural Affinity on page 114 in the core rulebook is for.

Also, a Kindred can spend one willpower per blood point that doesn't meet their dietary requirements. So a BP 6 elder could spend three willpower and drink three blood from a human.

Yep, getting old isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, but slow feeding when you have a pool >20 Granted, Inspired spam can generally erase any willpower costs of a session lol.

Only if the ST hands out Inspired after basically every Exceptional during play or allows the players to abuse the Inspiring Merit.
