I have to applaud this book for just drowning the text in off-hand plot hooks. Five Lodges are detailed in depth, but dozens are mentioned briefly and with enough bait on the hook to make me want to know more about each one; a bunch of Totems are likewise tossed in there.

I need a writeup on the Tindalosi yesterday.

Holy crap, Malta is exactly what I wanted it to be. The 2e settings continue to deliver.

Oh, hey, Wily Crows, I don't even need to fish to build, I'll just build that Lodge.

Still leaves me with a Freehold.

I just bought the book (and it fantastic of course) but I do have a question.
Primal Instinct, do you gain all the draw backs of Primal Urge such as death rage, eating restrictions, and the time between sacred hunts?
Also it mentioned that you do not gain the other benefits of Primal Urge unless you have the other tells. So would that mean that with wolf meat and this twe
              Ell can have better regeneration?

So the Eaters-of-the-Dead definitely have the makings of a potential full blown Tribe - a Firstborn patron + a Prey not covered by the other Tribes (the undead). Hmmm... if they made the jump, I'm pondering what their Gift list would look like. Ideally they shouldn't crib directly from the Bone-Shadows. Maybe bring Blood & Bone Gifts back from 1E for them...

Oh damn, I got the ban of the Garm exactly right on my stopgap update of them. Their blessing feels a bit underwhelming I will admit, but I'll probably have to play them before I can make a proper decision as to whether it works better than the version of it I came up with. I really like the unique fighting style they get though.

I'd probably make them a pure tribe if they were to become a full blown tribe, which means they could crib partly from the Bone-Shadows and get Death gifts as affinity.

I don't know, they seem way more amenable to Forsaken ways of thinking. Then again, they may work well as the weird third wheel that works with both groups.

With just Primal Instinct, no*, no*, and possibly**.

                          Yes*

                          * If the Wolf-Blooded gains other Tells that access those aspects, the Primal Urge rating will impact them.

** I'd be inclined to make the sacred hunt requirement a thing if the Wolf-Blooded synergises Primal Instinct with any other Tell, but ultimately it's the ST's decision.
